Mission MARC’s mission is to be a sustainable collaborative that will outlast BRAC and continue on to provide a wealth of products and services and respond to new situations affecting our region’s economy and workforce. Goals MARC aims to spur regional economic competitiveness, job growth, and new opportunities for the complete pipeline of workers from K to Gray.

MARC’s first initiative is to utilize the workforce development arm of each jurisdiction to assist with transitional services for BRAC-impacted personnel. Bringing these systems together creates a seamless talent development system designed to enhance the quality of life for residents across the region.
